When you make a payment, your card and financial details are collected and processed directly by the processor under its own privacy policy and security standards. Tiverton does not store full payment card numbers.

Some Services use SMS (via Twilio) to coordinate work, such as vendor dispatch. We collect mobile numbers and message content for this purpose and require appropriate consent. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Certain operational records — such as cleanout or turn photos and audit logs — may be retained for extended periods to support compliance, dispute resolution, and customer record-keeping, subject to customer-configured retention settings and legal-hold requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of Virginia (under the VCDPA) and California (under the CCPA/CPRA), among other states, may have specific rights, including the right to appeal a decision on a request. If you are an end customer of one of our business clients, please direct requests to that client, which acts as the controller of its data.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States, and personal information is processed and stored in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
