Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 23, 2026 · Last updated: May 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tiverton Technologies, LLC ("Tiverton," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites, software products, and services, including Turnboard.ai and UnitClear.ai (the "Services").

01Information we collect

  • Information you provide: account and contact details (name, email, phone, company), billing and address information, support communications, and content you submit to the Services.
  • Operational data from the Services: records related to jobs, units, turns, cleanouts, dispatches, schedules, photos and other media, and SMS message content exchanged through the Services.
  • Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, log data, and usage information, including via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment processors; we receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation and the last four digits of a card) but do not store full card numbers.

02How we use information

We use personal information to: provide, operate, and secure the Services; process payments and marketplace transactions; dispatch and coordinate vendors and fulfillment; send transactional and service messages (including SMS); provide support; analyze and improve the Services; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

03Payment processing

We use third-party payment processors — including Stripe and/or Square — to process payments and, where applicable, marketplace payouts. When you make a payment, your card and financial details are collected and processed directly by the processor under its own privacy policy and security standards. Tiverton does not store full payment card numbers.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

  • Service providers / subprocessors that help us operate the Services — for example payments (Stripe, Square), messaging (Twilio), database and storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), email (Resend), authentication (WorkOS), and monitoring (Sentry, Axiom).
  • Fulfillment and vendor partners, including Tiverton's in-house fulfillment operation and affiliated entities, to perform removal, hauling, and related work dispatched through the Services.
  • Legal and safety recipients where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

05Messaging & SMS

Some Services use SMS (via Twilio) to coordinate work, such as vendor dispatch. We collect mobile numbers and message content for this purpose and require appropriate consent. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

06Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

07Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Certain operational records — such as cleanout or turn photos and audit logs — may be retained for extended periods to support compliance, dispute resolution, and customer record-keeping, subject to customer-configured retention settings and legal-hold requirements.

08Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of Virginia (under the VCDPA) and California (under the CCPA/CPRA), among other states, may have specific rights, including the right to appeal a decision on a request. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@tivertontech.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. If you are an end customer of one of our business clients, please direct requests to that client, which acts as the controller of its data.

10Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Data location

We operate in the United States, and personal information is processed and stored in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

12Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
